Delivered on time and in exactly the way we promised from the outset the development was warmly welcomed in the local community and provided more choice for adult social care officers to refer tenants from across the city.

Working alongside our investment partner we delivered this £4.5m scheme on time and on budget enabling a smooth transition for the Registered Provider.
First class relationships between Birmingham City Council, HBV Group and the care provider saw all 28 apartments rapidly occupied – changing lives instantly in the local community.
