Our land team identifies suitable locations, acquires the land and submits the planning application. We have a 100% track record in securing planning persmission for our developments.

We review each site to develop bespoke schemes that are sympathetic to the environment whilst meeting the needs of residents. We incorporate technology to enhance independence as well as striving for minimal carbon consumption.

Our scheme in Chorley, Lancashire is perfectly designed for people with physical/learning disabilities they support the long term independence of people in the heart of the community.

Dunstable

Developing a specialist supported living scheme means working together as a team: developer, local authority and the local community.

Our community engagement and effective communications was key to ensuring the effective delivery of this high-quality development which is a textbook example of a supported living development.

Coventry

Our scheme in the Kingstanding area of Birmingham consists of 28 high quality supported living apartments

Perfectly designed for people with physical/learning disabilities they support the long term independence of people in the heart of the community.

Ilkeston

Work has already started at our latest supported living development in Ipswich. We are working with Vital Healthcare, Inclusion Housing and Suffolk County Council to deliver this new scheme.
