Brooke House is an innovative new scheme on Eaves Lane, Chorley Work has officially launched and we are delivering 12 new-build supported living apartments for local people with a learning disability or autism.

Perfect site location acquired
We are passionate about delivering life-changing outcomes for local people with our inspiring developments. The development is a result of a collaboration between HBV Cityheart, Lancashire County Council, Golden Lane Housing, design and build specialists ATEL Design and Build Limited and supported living provider Glenelg Support. The new scheme will include communal areas, staff facilities, private gardens and assistive technology to help tenants be as independent as possible.
