With extensive experience in the supported living and Extra Care sector, and most recently within the Delivery and Core Investment Teams at Greater Manchester Combined Authority (GMCA), Dan will help spearhead development initiatives, primarily focusing on Extra Care and Retirement Living schemes across the UK.

Dan is no stranger to Knutsford-based HBV Group, having previously contributed significantly to the company’s success during his initial tenure.
After a period of working with other developers in the Extra Care market and GMCA he returns with a wealth of knowledge and a fresh perspective to play a key role in HBV Group’s development strategy.
As Development Director, Dan will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the company’s vision for innovative and high-quality Extra Care and Retirement Living schemes.
Dan’s expertise in these sectors, coupled with a proven track record of successful project delivery and first-class contacts with Local Authorities make him a valuable addition to the HBV Group team as it plans to roll out a busy pipeline in 2024.
