Delivered on time and in exactly the way we promised from the outset the development was warmly welcomed in Coventry and provided more choice for adult social care officers to refer tenants from across the city. We launched the scheme alongside key members of the delivery team and local people who play a key role in the heart of the community in Coventry.

First class relationships between Coventry City Council, HBV Group and Radis Community Care saw all 19 apartments able to quickly make a positive impact on the community and offer tenants and the Adult Social Care commissioning team more choice locally in Coventry.
