Background

Jonny has over 25 years of property development and investment experience and is one of the founding shareholders and directors of HBV Group.

He led the business from 2011 to 2019 during which time we deployed some £250m of institutional capital into the housing with care sector delivering over 1000 new bespoke homes.

Jonny returned to the fold as Chief Executive in March 2021 having led the management buy back from Morgan Sindall.
