We’re delighted to share some progress shots of our supported living development taken in Coventry in May 2022.
This is a wonderful scheme being delivered with Triton, Construction, Inclusion Housing, AEW and Real Life Options .
The development consists of 12 apartments within a single block and a further 8 bungalows to form a courtyard / parking. All the homes have access to large secure and private garden spaces and all include the standard HBV Group infrastructure meaning that all apartments and bungalows are linked back to office space within the main building where staff can give support when needed without unnecessary intrusion.
It’s an ethos we’ve pioneered with our partners over the last 14 years and this development is the latest incarnation which also includes individual air source technology to each home making them affordable to run in the these ever challenging times.
HBV Group is really looking forward to getting this one over the line later this year.
