Planning approved for new supported living development by HBV Group in Dunstable in Central Bedfordshire
Planning permission has been approved by Central Bedfordshire Council to deliver new specialist supported living accommodation for local residents.
HB Villages Developments (HBV), the award-winning developer of specialist accessible accommodation says construction will begin in August 2022.
The development will see 20 new-build accessible apartments built exclusively for people living with Physical and Learning Disabilities & Autism. The development includes communal areas, staff sleep-in facilities, a private garden and technology-enabled care systems.
HBV Group has already successfully delivered more than 50 similar schemes in England which enable people with disabilities to live more independently and receive onsite care and support when required.
“We are very pleased to receive planning permission to develop this scheme which will deliver positive outcomes.
We are looking forward to working with Central Bedfordshire Council to maximise positive outcomes for all by creating a development everyone will be proud of. It has been a pleasure to work collaboratively on this process with CBC colleagues and we are all very excited to see the homes we create together”Nathan Green, HBV Group Tweet
