Fully accessible development and design ethos means that we worked closely with our architects, construction team and the commissioning team to ensure that the development was perfectly suited to the tenants who were identified to live in the new development. The property has sixteen one-bedroom apartments, each with a spacious open plan kitchen and dining room, and a large bathroom with a wet room style shower. The service will is split between 12 enablement apartments for people with greater levels of independence and four complex needs apartments for those requiring higher levels of support.
Assistive technology is tailored to suit the needs of each person and includes an intercom and CCTV.
